- be fearless...easy to say but gird your loins and LOOK the part....
- face the fire..."yes i know how to do that"....ask alot of questions, use the internet and LEARN how to "do that"....and then DO IT.....
- get the facts....ask more than one person the same question and see what you come up with...
- ditch the ego....your title won't carry you....YOU have to do that yourself...you have to prove yourself every day...what have you done for me lately...
- undervalue harmony....dynamic tension works much better....keeps everyone on their toes...
- remember....90% of the job is showing up.....
